Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric or 1/2 tablespoon of grated fresh turmeric
  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 1 tea bag of green tea

Directions:

Put a tea bag of green tea in a cup, and set aside. Put to boil two cups of filtered water. Add half teaspoon of dried turmeric or half tablespoon of grated fresh turmeric simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the boiling water over tea bag, and wait another 5 minutes. Sweeten naturally with honey or coconut sugar and add fresh lemon slice or coconut milk to increase the taste.
